I’am a 16 year old girl from Iloilo City who has travelled extensively in Panay Island and Mindanao. This blog is a retrospective of my travels since 2012-2019. ISLAND OF PARADISE “CAMIGUIN ISLAND” (April 16, 2019)

Camiguin is the best place not just to escape the city light or the Traffic jam, Camiguin” is where you can sit under the sun,play with fine white sand, Read a book, do yoga, and relax “CAMIGUIN” for me is a clean peaceful place a place called “PARADISE’

CAMIGUIN ISLAND is said to be “Born of Fire”. It has been known as a volcanic island since it has seven volcanoes unmatched anywhere else in Southeast Asia and one of the volcanoes there has been unpredictably active which is the Mt. Hibok-hibok.

A NEW EXPERIENCE AS I TRAVEL CAPIZ CITY (September 2015)

Suhot Spring Resort is one of the favorite tourist destinations of Capiz. It is located at Barangay Dolores, Dumalag, Capiz.

Suhot is an Ilonggo word that means “to go under.”

Entrance fee is Php10.00 per adult and Php5.00 per child.

It has a huge swimming pool where kids can play and swim. The pool’s cool water came from the clean spring water from the mountains surrounding the area. 

There are caves with beautiful rock formations, perfect for picture taking! The caves are filled with stalactites and stalagmites with considerable size and length.

“GUIMARS ISLAND” (March 29, 2018)

Guimaras  Island is a favored destination by both foreign and domestic tourists because of its picturesque beaches, waterfalls, springs, off shore islets, and its famous mangoes, which is considered one of the sweetest in the world. Guimaras  is an island province of the Philippines located in the Western Visayas region. Among the smallest and youngest provinces, its capital is Jordan. The island is located in the Panay Gulf, between the islands of Panay and Negros.

Guimaras is also well known for its white sand beaches, pristine seas, and secluded off shore islets. Among its most popular destinations include Alubihod Bay with its calm waters, and Guisi Beach, where visitors could enjoy the province’s natural beauty.

“BACOLOD CITY” (May 01, 2018)

Bcolod is the capital city of the province of Negros Occidental in the Philippines.

It is known as the City of Smiles because of its MassKara Festival, a Mardi Gras-like festival and a spectacularly vivid mix of dance, color and music. Bacolod is also known as the Land of Sweet People, and for its culinary heritage, including its inasal (a kind of roast chicken on skewers) and sweet dessert treats.

Initially, Campuestohan Highland Resort only had the swimming pool and the main log cabin, which resembles, obviously, like log cabins usually found in Canadian and American mountains.
